o RFSDL is a Government of Rajasthan undertaking, ensuring transparency, accountability, and reliability.
o RFSDL provides state-specific and customized consultancy services aligned with Rajasthan's administrative and regulatory framework.
o RFSDL offers cost-effective consultancy services, with consultancy charges approved by the Finance Department:-
➤ 8% of the cost of executed work for consultancy up to 1 crore.
➤ 6% of the cost of executed work for consultancy above 1 crore and below ₹25 crore.
➤ For projects of ₹25 crore and above, consultancy charges shall be determined by the Steering Committee comprising Principal Secretary (Finance), Secretary of the Administrative Department concerned, and MD RFSDL.
o Local presence enabling faster communication, timely coordination, and on-ground support.
o RFSDL acts as a one-stop platform for departments requiring multidisciplinary consultancy assistance.
o Demonstrated experience in the deployment of experts, SMEs, consultants, and PMU teams across multiple departments of the Government of Rajasthan.
